High-Rise
For more than 12 years, our team has worked on nearly two dozen high-rise and skyscraper projects in the City of Los Angeles. We understand the unique land use and project management demands of executing large projects with multiple participants on the team.

As office space demands have shifted from conventional to creative layouts and from consolidated to co-working, our team has dealt with a variety of land use challenges as the market has stretched the definitions of offices in the zoning code.
Retail
Retail is shifting from product to place, from price per square foot to people per trip, and from old school to omni-channeling. In the process, we have evaluated and entitled projects ranging from brick and mortar stores to experiential, food & drink and entertainment-oriented shopping.
Mixed-Use
Urbanomics keeps close tabs on updates to land use and zoning regulations as cities struggle to keep up with the demand for mixed-use, pedestrian oriented development. Our team has worked on roughly 50 mixed-use projects in Southern California with a 100% success rate.
Hotels, Restaurants, Bars & Distilleries
Our team has a hospitality arm with an extensive range of product experience from boutique hotels to restaurants and innovative bar concepts across Los Angeles.
